How do I add an additional referral sub source

Most companies manually enter their media source sub types. However, the Vitals Administrator

1. Click Manage Lookup Tables
   
2. Select Referral source Sub Type, click Submit
   
3. To add a new sub sourc, scroll to the bottom. Select the Referral Type ID (media source)
   
4. Enter the name of the sub source
   
5. Enter the building(s)
   
6. Enter the display order (look at order of existing Referral Sub Types to determine what number you want to use)
   
7. Click Add
