How do I add a lead or remove a lead from Wait List?

To ensure your reports are correct regarding your wait list, always use the prospect profile to add prospect to Wait List or to remove prospect from Wait List. Even if you company has a decision status of 'Wait List' you should use the 'Add to Wait List' button.
